Review of Neon Genesis Evangelion

Evangelion is an anime I put to the side for years and after watching it, I gotta say that it is very good like many others have said but at the same time it was overhyped a little (I haven't watched the movie yet so that might change my opinion) The premise of the show is a very interesting one where angels (basically bleach hollows) showed up on earth and only a mech can stop them. Ep 1-12 were amazing, but at one point in the story that plot gets sidelined with a dilemma which is also good but I have to say lowered thewatching experience as some episodes were so confusing, and some angels like the last one for example was rushed so much, like the last angel should have been 2-3 eps not one ep for how that angel is structured. All I have to say without giving any spoilers
