I tend to enjoy "darker" themed Animes and Mangas. I stumbled across the Koi Kaze manga and enjoyed it, so I decided to watch the Anime. The story suffers the standard streamlining, yet does not change its essence. It builds up, the angst is not overly sappy and I think it is generally told well. The Art is bad. Not bad like Hitsuji no Uta, where it was just done on the cheap. My enjoyment of the story was constantly being circumvented by the distorted feet and hands, the ill-proportioned bodies and the like. You are not watching this series because of the art. It'sa shame, as the art for the similarly themed Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru is well done. You also are not watching this for the soundtrack, as I recall nothing memorable. Overall, it was enjoyable, if you aren't freaked out by the thought of incest.
