If you love tragedy, then this manga is your way to go; its chalk full of tragedy and tragedy (especially right after you think everything will be alright). If anything, this is a rather stereotypical older shoujo series, there's a happy couple, stuff happens, drama, etc. I would encourage giving the series a go, it was quite a captivating read and although I was slightly disappointed at the ending, it was a decent read.
Natalie goes cray cray after miscarrying and after she finally recovers, she dies immediately in her sleep (in young francis' arms). Then it flashes to a scene where he wakesup crying from his dream. Like wtf is up with the author, no offense but I was super mind blown despite the fact that the series had a notorious tragedy tag on it. I expected the tragedy part to be when the old francis had died, NOT when she dies. Like she didn't even have a kid and lived a pretty unhappy life for the majority of the series, and she didn't even get a long lasting happiness when she died. Like wtf author!!???
