Review of Monster

Monster 8/6/9/7/7/8 First things first. My "reviews" system is explained on a blog entry. Which can be found through my profile. ------ ✦Story Since it's rather complex story. I'll do the general gist/feeling opinion I had rather than dwelling too much in the plot. Long story short, it's rather interesting and enjoyable psychological story. Which has tons of mystery and tons of disturbing events. But my biggest complaint would be that I felt that the whole Johan fiasco and experiment center went rather dumb.Other than that it was very bipolar and intriguing story.
Or simply a twisted children story.

✦Art & Sound
Art was just average. Didn't impress.

But on the other hand. Sound/music was superb. Tons of very unique and eerie tracks.

✦Character
Once again, since characters have rather big role in this Anime, then It would be too long and pain to "review" them longer. So thus I will keep it short.

Most of characters have rather unique and bipolar traits whilst having some heart splitting decisions. Plenty of them have interesting backstory or the journey of their story.

Although our main lad Johan. I found him becoming a rather big disappointment.

✦Enjoyment & Overall
A rather solid psychological character adventure Anime. Has unique flair and plenty of disturbing eeriness and such. But sadly I felt it became rather plain and moronic over time.

Other than that. I enjoyed myself a lot with this title.
