Ichido dake demo, Koukai Shitemasu (sorry, i am not going to use the cringe english title) is a short and sweet story between a landlord and bummy unemployed tenant. It's a bit similar to Monthly in the Garden with My Landlord but it's a bit spicier. The intimate scenes aren't too graphic though and are actually quite sweet. I really like how the relationship between the characters developed even though the premise is a bit silly (returning "favors" to pay for rent). I really like the more simplistic artsyle as well. It also is clear that the author was intending to do more with theside characters and backstory but unfortunately there isnt enough space to fit all that within 3 volumes.
