Skill? Nee yo Sonna Mon! Fuguusha-tachi no Sainou Kaika · review
6.5/10 It’s very... bland. I expected cliche trash coming into this, and I honestly might have preferred that over this at some points in the story. Don’t get me wrong, there’s some cliches used here and there, but everything is very slow-paced, so there’s not much to love. Though, if there was one unique thing about this manga, it would be the dynamic between the MC and FMC. I don’t know why, but their dynamic works so well in this story. They both aren’t forced to be overpowered nor does their relationship progress at Mach 5 speed. But, that’s where the praises stop because of howboring the story actually is due to how bad the storytelling is. Lots of info dumps, and the narrations are made in an incredibly annoying way to read. Also, the developments and resolutions feel anti-climatic. This may also be because of the art style, but something just didn’t click.
This is a very mediocre weak to strong story. There's too many underwhelming moments for this manga to be engaging, which is really disappointing due to how promising the fmc is portrayed.
