I went into the series with low expectations, thinking it was an idol anime, which personally isn't for me but I'm too glad to be part of this series. Yes it has aspects of idols in it but it's more about the backend of idols and the dark gritty side of it, and with the MC taking his own objective through being an idol, it makes for a very entertaining and unexpected show. I can see how it can be offensive and quite a few sensitive topics are touched and I wouldn't recommend it for people who would be affected with such topics, the writinghits directly where it hurts at times and it feels nice to be able to feel what the character's going through. The last episode would be striking a dilemma where you might pick one over the other, only to go back to being indecisive a couple seconds later. While the last episode was not for me, I'm definitely hyped for season 2. Personally episode 1 was the best and comparatively it dropped like a rock(On its own, episode 2 was still a great episode but the 1st one just exceeded my expectation so much so that I can't put ep 2 on the same level), I would say it picks back up 2 episodes later and peaks for another three before decrescendo-ing for the last two, which still, like I said were decent episodes, they just can't compare to the level of writing and voice acting the others had.
