Review of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc
I thought after "Mugen Train" the show would fail to maintain the level of quality that we were given by Studio Ufotable, however im glad to say i was proven wrong. Not only does this arc continue to blow me away with its animation and soundtrack, it manages to outshine the highest points of the rest of the show in terms of hype moments and has now fully committed me to watching this show whenever it airs. The fight scenes within this season are the best of the show overall due to the combination of sakuga scenes and the music that accompanies them and thevillains that combat our heroes within these fights manage to keep you engaged as you can never be sure how they will fight against the protagonists. Alongside this is the fact that they are able to create emotion regarding these demons due to them reflecting on their own actions and past in the climactic moments.
Overall, this season has less emotion than the previous "Mugen Train Arc" however some still remains in order to create the constant engagement to what is being shown on screen.
In conclusion, ufotable have outdone themselves and after watching the current episodes of the next arc i can also say that this level of quality does not decrease.
