I don't usually write reviews but I thought I would give my opinion on this (Spoilers ahead because duh) Demon Slayer Season 2 its what everybody was waiting for. In my opinion Demon Slayer has its ups and downs. The story feels generic at times and some characters don't feel like they have any depth. The animation is as great as what you would expect but that's the only thing I feel was consistently good in this season. It starts off right where Mugen Train left with Tanjiro and the rest being upset and all that because of Rengoku. So they all train super hard to get strongerso they can actually be useful next time and then they meet the Sound Hashira Uzui which is pretty nice but also kinda just felt like a reskin of Rengoku. So then they all get a mission to go to the Entertainment District because one of Uzui's wives went missing. They start the adventure get there dress up like women and try to get kidnapped by the anime so they can find the wife.

They eventually find the wife and the demon who's behind all this and then the battle starts between the slayers and this demon. They fight her and Uzui decapitates her and its your basic battle we've all seen in Mugen Train and Season 1 but then her super powerful older brother comes out of her because they're like a package or something and he gets to destroying everything. So they fight and fight and fight a lot. Every character gets super injured and almost dies but then comes back does some cool attacks then gets injured again like 20 times. THEY DID THAT THE ENTIRE SEASON. Besides the training part and the recap in the beginning the entire season took place in 1 night. They fought the same people did the same sequence of cool action moves then getting injured for 6 episodes straight. Animation can't save how generic the story felt or how they just depended on animation so people didn't get bored and quit. Uzui THE NEWEST CHARACTER and a main part of the cast just had some tiny little 2 minute explanation about how he loves his 3 wives and his clans dead and his brothers kind of a dick. After the final battle they use the same feel sympathy for the villain tactic that's been done a thousand times before where they show how sad the backstory is and put some sad music with it.

In the end I had high expectations for this season but the only thing I constantly enjoyed was animation. There's nothing to discuss about this season besides they just fought the two evil demon siblings. Its the same generic overyhyped show it was in season 1. It would have been better as a movie like Mugen Train because it was structured like that. Instead of Season 1 where it had actual arcs. This could have been much better as a movie and they could have just cut out 1 of the 20 different times Tanjiro gets his ass kicked does some cool moves and then continues to get his ass kicked and it would be the same. This just feels like a quick attempt to get some big profit because since this show is so overhyped and there are so many diehard fans that make it so profitable. The fight scenes get old fast and the episodes just feel the same every week. Ufotable just thought they could disguise a mid story with good animation and Daki's tits and considering its rating it worked pretty well.
