MINOR SPOILER(about half of an insignificant chapter): The MC and his female friend go to a dungeon to rescue a girl. They rescue her, and are on the way back when they get ambushed, and evil adventurers slash the female friend on the back, giving her a very serious injury.. Then they clarify that they're about to grape both the women and then kill all of them, and that they're doing it for fun. One of them is about to climb on the female friend who is actively bleeding out. The MC passively goes invisible, which spooks them, so they decide to just kill them.Now.. The MC has passive invisibility, so he can effortlessly take them out. What does he do? He gets in FRONT of the enemy who is about to cut down the girl, and blocks. Doesn't attack, blocks. He sends the girls out, and his invisibility triggers again. At that moment, there's only him and the grapists. What does he do? Puts on a mask that cancels his invisibility so that they can see him. Why? Who knows.. A monster wave starts, and the MC can easily just walk out. What does he do? He risks his life to try and save the grapists.. He fails. When he gets out, he starts crying because he wasn't able to save the murder grape squad.. This is not your standard Japanese protagonist; this one is premium even among the already infuriating ones..
