Ah yes, another Isekai Japanese gamer into a gaming world. MC gets thrown into the body of a doomed to die "villain" as usual. Generic setup but a good twist with an emphasis on muscles and effort. It's not just mindless flexing, there is great inspiration/emphasis on retaining or gaining muscles. So much so I am finding this manga is even motivating me to keep exercising? Humor is great and better than I expected with decent action all around. This is a solid 4/5 star series which breaks away from the typical tropes with a unique factor in commitment.
