This is the biggest reason this remake exists. From the opening scenes, the animation quality is excellent. It proved that this Gintama is surely fascinating and electric as an action anime. In particular, the fights–Kagura vs. Abuto and Gintoki vs. Hosen– are extraordinally powerful. Even viewers who know the original version will find new excitement in how these scenes are directed.

Characters
Kagura is arguably the standout of this remake. Her awakening scene is powerful, iutense, and even frightening. It captures the ferocity of an outrageous Yato warrior.
Hinowa, Hosen, Kamui, and Abuto also benefit from the improved visuals. Their emotions are conveyed better. Especially the conversation between Hinowa and Hosen is illstrated beautifully.

Musics
