Utter and utter garbage. It fails at being a decent adaptation of a video game franchise and does so magnificently. As if the makers of this flick did not even as so much glance at the source material that was provided to them. Words fail to describe how much of an abomination this is. Actually, coherent thought processes fail me to come up with anything substantial to say about this disaster of a 'motion picture'. This is Anime at its worst. Do yourself a favour and avoid this at all costs.
