So i first picked this series up because i lost an auction for a shana figure on ebay. by the end of the series i was scrounging around for more! The first episode is dry but give it time after a few episodes when the story really picks up you will be hooked. The characters for the most part are very likable and their interactions are well thought out. The only complaint i have about the series is that the whole love triangle that seems to be forced into most anime takes way to long to figure out. THOUGH the love interests actually use this asa way to become close friends and you end up not knowing who he should end up with. The answer at the end of the last episode is simple and if your not watching you will miss it which is actually nice and kinda heart warming.

If you watch there are a couple of fun screw ups in animation one scene when shana is defending yuji she is talking puts her sword away and as they change camera angles the sword disappears and reappears.

Highly recommended!
