Tomie · review
Tomie is the story about a succubus, who charms men into falling in love with her, only for those same men to brutally murder her, making her lose her memories and repeating the process with the next victim. If that doesn't catch your attention then I don't know what will. Tomie is just really cool, she gets into the most weird situations and has no idea why she does half the things she ends up doing. As Junji Ito writes mostly short stories, which are usually entirely separate from one another, Tomie's adventures are not really connected most of the time, yet the cycle repeats andrepeats.
Will she ever break free from the curse of her own existence? Or will the world have to run out of men, first?
