Watched seasons 1 to 5 in three days. A well done anime that includes the characters journey with youkai(spirits), who all have their own agenda be it good or bad. Natsume, the lead character has a helpful personality where he aids youkai whenever they need his help. He inherited a book called the book of friends from his grandmother, who took the names of youkai she defeated and wrote them in the book, in order to control them. Natsume has been through a bad childhood and is now beginning to make friends. He has a so called bodyguard madara, a cat that can transform intoa powerful youkai. He is very funny and very greedy. This anime definitely deserves a watch.
