Well, to keep it very short. The story is bare minimum you don't get much of an exposition, nor high stakes ultra violence for which Kawaijiri is known for. But don't fret, the art style is what you are after. And this delivers plenty. Characters are not much explored, however to not spoil much, Sayaka is a beautiful young girl with a heart just like her, Kyoya is of course the hero of the story, he has a bit of personality of being into women but unfortunately the show is too clinical so not much explored. Likes of Wicked City. Rest of the characters are mysteriousas it gets, just like his other works like Ninja Scroll, I'd not advise to learn about everything and then watch, just go blind.

As for Sound tracks, the pure retro style hits perfectly during the moments when it shows up.

Overall one of his weakest works. But still way better than any of the digital art, it's pure cel shaded masterpiece which you don't get nowadays. So just simply grab a cool drink, relax and let it do it's job.
