You see the movie's animation is spectacular. I simply could not resist staring at the vibrant backgrounds and beautiful character desgin. The story was interesting and captivating around the end. But the first act was a little slow but yet enjoyable. My one and only problem that truly makes me feel like they lost an opportunity when at the very end of the movie they played One Last Kiss. The song is good and all but I believe the only true way to end Evangelion is to end it with Fly Me To The Moon as it was a staple of the original show.
