Review of Katanagatari

This anime is one of my new favorites. There is some level of fighting and action in every episode. With each episode running about 45-50 minutes they continued to keep my attention. Togame hunts down the legendary Shichika on an island to use his services and gather these swords made by a legendary swordsmen. I enjoy anime that have stories and plots that aren't your typical garbage that everyone throws out. I truly felt that Katanagatari brought a new element to anime. I almost didn't watch it because of the art, I thought it was almost childishly drawn, butfound myself starting to like and find beauty in it towards the end. I am glad I did, the story that unfolded, the action displayed, and the plot twists that unfold were well worth the watch.
