Story starts with the boy soldier and I thought the series will center around him. But he's only a main character for a couple episodes. The antagonists/opponents are over-hyped at the end of an episode and have anti-climatic battles in the next episode. It's too easy for the main characters to win, even though the antagonists are elite soldiers. There are too many characters and spending an episode on each of them loses focus on the main theme. Coco is loco, but that's never really explained.
