Review of Durarara!!

I'm big fan of the author so I watched the anime. In other perspective, there is a lot of character so it' s not easy to remember who he/she is. However the good point is relationship between the amazing and crazy character. Main character is Mikado Ryugazaki who looks usual high school student but his characteristic is absolutely broken. Also there appeared special guest from the author's novel in an episode. Who do you think the craziest character? My opinion is Shinra who lives with Celty! During Durarara!! was on TV, those people who copied the tribe's existence; Dollars, Kokinzoku...
