Review of Durarara!!

So DRRR is one of the only shows that I cannot pronounce. (Honestly like why does it have to have so many "rarara's"?) My favorite storylines are the types that end up tying everything together in the end, instead of leaving a majority of unexplained parts of the plot being left out to rot. Though the story did start off relatively slow, which led to my temporary confusion, I did end up loving the show once it began to pick up speed and ended up binge watching the rest in a night or two. The characters are quirky and lovable, which makes them easier toship. (Can we please talk about Izaya and Shizuo???) Celty is a badass babe with a perverted scientist, Shizuo throws around street signs every five minutes, Izaya is stirring up trouble with a wink of those mischievous eyes, and Simon simply wants people to try his sushi. For those who enjoy guessing how the plot comes along, I definitely recommend this show. For those who hate slow plot lines, I would still recommend DRRR!! because it picks up speed and has comedy, romance, tragedy, and "OH MY FUCKING GOD" all jammed together. (But is it weird that I personally don't even like the "main characters" as much as the adults?) 10/10 would watch again.
