Review of Redline

Rate:9 (WOW!) English Dubbed Note:Yes, this movie was great but it did not really go inside and touch my emotions and bring them out. That is why it failed at getting a 10. Attention! Calling all racing fans. Are your butts in your seats? Is your chair screwed to the floor? No? Oh well.... Too late! You are in for a trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaattttttt! This anime could have gone in several directions. They could have started with with the main character which would have hinted at what was most likely going to happen. For we know from countless movies and shows main characters tend to do well. They could have justsaid screw you other unimportant racers and kept them hidden in their rides with tinted windows. They didn't! The creators wanted every racer no matter how small to play their part and share their emotions. Which lead to a killer back story for each racer.

As for the plot that itself is a twisted web. As the movie reels you get involved in the story and clever writers take advantage of what you would see and deem as evil. Just because i wear a shirt marked i am an evil overlord does not mean i am a devil. The plot also fairs well because the writers showed the viewers all routes were covered. How often do you see magic or great random luck fair in? Hmm....? quite a bit right? Rather than staying with the norm they bend the web to fit the shape they want. I mean, if i wanted to rob a bank for cash don''t you think there would be security cameras, policy, police's policy and so forth in plan to stop me? I would be a fool to think i could come out the bank a rich person.
