Well to begin with this seems to be sort kind of "recap" of the original night shift nurses hentai but they emphasized too much into liquefied poop, like no srsly first half you start like getting into the mood and suddenly a massive poop like WTH, this happens constantly into the first half so be advised if you are not into poop/pee/puke, the 2nd half is more fap friendly imo - Art, i rlly like the POV style, and the art in general - Sound, nothing special tho the other reviewer was complaning about the lips not matching the sound, i think it supposed to be thatway since this is like a recap and its like a mix of her memories and reading the diary

Anyways i managed to fap in a single episode (it was hard tho) so i give my seal of approval.. i wish they didnt pooped that much lol, bunch of doctors cant cure the nurse with diarrhea.. terrible doctors imo
