Review of Koi Kaze
Well. It's and gorgeous anime that dances out of line. In a good and bad way. *Sorry for my english, I'm no native Speaker* Pros: It's wonderful how u get brought closer to the characters and their feelings. A very calm, but never boring anime, which makes it all the more realistic. Most clichés do not occur at all. I couldn't stop watching and for this love story I would like to give 9-10/10.Cons:
But this only affects how the love story takes me emotionally. The problem for me personally is not the love story among siblings, but the age difference + the decisions taken despite an incest problem.
*Contains spoiler, read after the anime; Definitely a worth watching anime.*
The problem is the film stereotype that there is only one love in life.
A 27-year-old adult should not, in my opinion, go out with an completely inexperienced 15 year old teenager (who assumes that this love is the only true one and, of course, goes all the way to the end of her days).
That's just taking advantage of a minor who doesn't know any better. Especially since even the incest problem prevails and you should be 100% sure that this is what you want in life.
The anime would be a smooth 10/10, if the two had just admitted their feelings in the end, and hadn't landed immediately in bed.
They(or at least he) should have used their brains and should have decided not to see each other for some years and then they would be able to make a decision whether they still have feelings or not.
(In theAnime it's like 1 month)
So I have an anime that on the one hand is a 9-10 in emotional matters, with the same charm and realistic appearing characters such as in the anime "Strawberrry Panic" or "Kare Kano".
And on the other hand, the violation of the age limit and ultimately the thoughtless dealing with the incest problem. I really don't like how they have handled that and i think its badly done (3-4/10).
Since the anime has entertained me very well, ultimately a 7/10.
