Review of Akira

Akira is a movie that has inspired so many works it is almost incomprehensible what it has done to this medium as a whole. The animation was also done in 2s which greatly impacted my viewing experience and is something that not every anime has the pleasure of having. This is a landmark film with outstanding world building, characters, and fleshed out writing. Any anime fan or fan of the stop motion medium should have seen this once in their life just for the insight and experience. All the fame this film gets is deserved and can change peoples perspectives from the grim andrealistic storytelling.
