Review of Bakemonogatari

Summary: Bakemongatari is the first of the infamous "Monogatari" series. This anime combines interesting art style with vast story to make for a great anime to watch. For those who like supernatural anime or anime with a great story this is a great anime. Story: The story in this anime/series has a very in depth story and it is told in depth little by little so the viewer will understand why things are happening. As you watch more you have those "Oh I remember when they talked about this" or "Now I get why they act this way. This makes you want to watch more purelyfor the story.

Art: Bakemonogatari uses a unique art style to tell the story of the anime. The characters look good and so do the backgrounds. They also use images between animation to show how characters are feeling and what is happening. If you don't understand what I mean just watch the first episode.

Sound: The soundtrack is interesting to say the least. It uses piano and some synths to tell how intense a situation is. The voice acting is also done well in this anime, although sometimes it is hard to tell what the characters are feeling just through the voice.

Characters: The characters of Bakemonogatari all have unique personalities with in-depth back stories. This makes you interested in getting to know that characters and such.

Enjoyment: I enjoyed Bakemonogari and think that if you haven't seen the Monogatari series you should give it a try. It is definitely a great watch.
