Review of Hunter x Hunter

My all time favorite anime that's what Hunter x Hunter is. I do have a bit of personal bias because hxh was the first anime I ever watched, and I have since rewatched this anime 12+ times now and every time it's as great an experience has the last. The world building was beautiful right from the beginning. The idea of adventuring a massive world filled with mysterious creature's is just so captivating. The animation is beautiful and makes the most from the character designs from the manga. The characters were all unique and several are very relatable even if they aren't exactly the goodguy. The protagonist is someone who hits that typical Shonen trope of making friends along the way and winning with friendship but the development of Gon Freece is astounding by the end of this anime. Gon's goal is a simple one but one that makes him a more relatable character and that's the goal of finding his father. We quickly meet the supporting cast who each have goals and personalities that can be understood by anyone. Hunter x Hunter is a must watch for anyone who calls themselves a weeb.
