Review of The 8th Son? Are You Kidding Me?

As I write this, the average user score for this anime is in the 6's and that is a grave injustice. This anime deserves nothing less than 10, not because it's good, but because it's terrible. I gleefully watched every episode laughing at how bad the story, characters and animation were. Overpowered MC, leaps in a logic, an isekai where the MC is in his 30s and yet he still acts like a 12 year old, getting engaged with a minor. This isn't like Ex Arm where it seems like the anime artists weren't even trying. No, people were trying to make a good anime with Hachi-nan, but it allcame out terrible and I enjoyed every minute of it.

The only genuinely positive thing I have to say about Hachi-nan is that the opening theme is really good in that 80s hair metal bad kind of way.

Everything else? It's like 'the Room' in anime form
