Review of Tsukigakirei

This was one of the first romances i ever watched and I think the show was probably the most awkward yet realistic animes i ever watch which I think makes this show really great. The anime is about a coming of age story of two middle schoolers who are in their last year by chance meet and form a sweet relationship. Yes, this isn't a high school romance but in fact a middle school romance which obviously makes this more awkward than it already was. I honestly don't remember a lot about this anime since i watched this years ago, but i know for afact that I enjoyed this a lot so i gave it an 8 but i would lower it down to a 7 since I do think this show has it's flaws like the characters, they all look so bland and basic and could literally pass for background character, I don't really remember how they acted but for the most part i just remembered them just saying "Ooh" and "Ah" like those random noises you'll hear cute anime characters say. The song choices were all ok as well, they weren't too bad but it wasn't remarkable. Overall I did enjoy it at one point in my life but this is highly based on my memories, and I do think it is a hidden gem. In general i would recommend this to shojou lovers.
