Review of Attack on Titan: No Regrets

A semi-solo ova on one my favorite charcters in AOT, Levi! The story is about how Levi joined the Survey Corps. The 1st episode was decent but the 2nd episode was 10x that. The ending was just so sad and awesome at the same time. Also it adds some details to Levi and his motives for working with Erwin in the first place. Though the introduction of Isabel seemed a bit unrealistic she was a important character to Levi as her and Furain were the only characters that seemed to be the only "family" that Levi had and trusted. They both play a very important roleon why he joined Erwin. And this ova introduced the dynamic between Erwin and Levi.

The visuals were stunning as usual, the design of the underworld was really cool and the animation was in par with aot season 1. Just lacked a bit of clarity and sharpness from afar.

Definitely a recommended watch for AOT fans. Necessary?: Yes if you are dying to know why Levi joined the Survey Corps or just wanna know more about him then this it.
