Review of Horimiya

I will give this anime 6/10 (Fine) for a school/romance themed anime. Romance: 5/10 (Average). I mean, it is there, you will get main characters being in love, mundane high school romance. You will empathise with the main characters only if you are lacking romantic interactions in real life. Characters: 5/10 (Average). Characters do not develop during the plot. All male characters have nearly identical personalities, only their crushes are different. Plot: 6/10 (Fine). It doesn't really have a plot. You are rather presented with a handful of funny situations the main characters will find themselves in. Some of them are actually fun to watch, but nothingreally stands out. Just high school students liking each other and being awkward.

Visual: 7/10 (Good). Good animation for its genre. Perfectly fits "slice of life" theme.

Summarising, if you are not romance-deficient, don't watch this. Otherwise, yeah, it'll slightly warm your heart.
