Review of Frieren: Beyond Journey's End

Outright one of the best animes I've seen in a long while. The writing of Frieren takes an interesting perspective regarding how different races handle Mortality, which is an angle that's rarely considered by many Animes, outside of "Oh, Elves live super long, and humans are nothing to them because of that.". Frieren is different. It doesn't just give you the same overdone Fantasy Human Protag, it shows you how Frieren thinks and why she thinks that way. Same goes for all the other characters. They all have their histories, reasons and habits that're portrayed in such intricate detail. Definitely check it out if you're a fan ofclever writing, great worldbuilding and occasional existential dread. Looking forward to Season 2.
