Review of Solo Leveling Season 2: Arise from the Shadow

After the first season, I couldn’t quite understand why this anime is so popular. And honestly, even after watching the second season, I still don’t get it. However, I did enjoy Season 2 more than the first. I don’t think this will be a long review since there isn’t much to talk about. In short, Solo Leveling is all about epic fights, aura farming, and pure hype. If you enjoy well-animated action, then this anime is definitely for you. But personally, I prefer a deep storyline, well-developed characters, and engaging dialogues. Unfortunately, none of that is present here. That being said, I still had a good timewatching it—I wasn’t bored. Sometimes, it’s nice to just turn off your brain and enjoy some well-animated fighting sequences.

I’d give this season a low 6/10 and will be waiting for the next one. Hopefully, in Season 3, the story will improve a bit alongside the action, making it a more engaging experience overall.
