Review of Redo of Healer
To begin with, I'd like to point out that I'm not really an anime or a manga guy. I do read some (OPM and AoT) but I'm not an anime or a manga nerd. So you have to take that in consideration in my review. I'll be honest, the only thing that made me watch Redo Of Healer was its popularity for having good ol' anime titties and graphic depiction of violence. First of all, violence-wise, it's not. I've seen way worse and bloodier (Blood-C and Corpse Party) As for the sexual parts, if you expect a Hentai, it's just Softcore. So don't be disappointed (if you arecrazy enough to zerk on rape that is).
I've seen many reviews that told that this anime is really really good.
I know it's personal opinion. You can enjoy whatever you want. But telling that this has better writing than Attack On Titan is absolutely hilarious.
The story's not good. We just follow the journey of a guy seeking vengeance and nothing else. You can write good stories about vengeance (I don't have any example of anime, but Grand Theft Auto IV is a good example in this)
The characters are not loveable. The hero is not a douche but an utter asshole who takes advantage of anyone he encounters. And other than that, the only characters accompanying him are fuckdolls who long for his wand at least once per episode.
Furthermore there's no background, nor evolution of the character Keyaru. It's like they tried to make Saitama who can destroy anything, but boring and hateable because nothing can make us relate to him or at least like him. And some of his lines are extremely confusing, thus blurring further our understanding of the character. The only thing we clearly know from him and even the other characters is that they're crazy psychopaths who really need to seek help.
Nothing to say about the other characters because they're just an excuse to have sex scenes. That's all.
The music is most of the time unnoticed because of how generic it is. And the only time you'll notice the music is during the sex scenes because it's always the SAME one. Additionally, you'll notice it because of how unfitting it is. Imagine yourself hearing a music that implies intimacy and love while you see a guy raping a woman. Sexualising rape is not a good thing. Don't cry if SJWs call out on that kind of stuff for promoting rape culture. Because here, for once, they will totally be right.
The only enjoyment I had from this anime is the art that is, to me, enjoyable to watch, and the animation of the breasts during sex. I'm just thankful I could watch the first 11 episodes without waiting a week between each. I don't want to expect something that turns out to be bad.
Otherwise, don't lose your time watching this. It's not worth the time. If you want to see anime breasts there's plenty to see on hanime.tv or r/hentai_gifs. If you want a good story line and characters, go see somewhere else.
