The main things holding this back are the pacing and the formulaic structure. The show starts off strong, and the surrealist/avant-garde styling of the show is very very interesting at first. Problem is that once you get to about the halfway point in the series it becomes more and more of a slog to get though. Mainly because the formula it sticks to every episode gets old pretty quick and jokes that are actually funny get more and more sparse as the series drags on. If the show were shorter, about say, maybe a 10 minute show as opposed to a 20 minute one, and the showdidnt rely so much on the same jokes and same scenarios over and over, it'd be a lot better. Once youve seen the first like 5-6 episodes you've seen pretty much everything the show has to offer, save for a few good jokes here and there in the later episodes.

This is about a 7/10 for me, but not everyone will like it. If you want anime girls doing weird shit but with faster pacing, watch Di Gi Charat or Pop Team Epic instead.
