Little Little may be a dialogue-less story, however, I believe, it is purely intentional to let the reader's mind wonder what is being said. And, it was made this way so it could be an innocent read. I admit, there is little thinking required for this manga, but, it is fairly adorable and the art is enjoyable. So, overall, if you are the type to take comfort in a simple story-line with interesting artwork, then, Little Little is a manga that you should take the time to read.
