Does this OVA matter in the big picture? not at all, but I really liked the personality of the two women, and like to see them take out those meat heads driving down. It's a good time, but it does run into the problem, that initial D has, that its Love Stories is not the greatest. It's not so bad that it's cringe, but it does feel like filler content, when it happenedso often.
