The manga is not that original, but i wouldn't say it's like every other one, it has great art, good character design and the story is good. The only downside is that there are only 17 chapters translated. The mc gets betrayed and instead of searching for revenge he chooses to go his own way and become stronger. He has an inferiority complex because of being overshadowed by his childhood friend all his life, but he wasn't that weak to start off, he was a B rank healer who needed to be protected in battle. He gets a bust in power at the start of thestory but doesn't become op. Every character in the story has a different personality and different designs. The mc is a healer which is not that common and has dragon powers but is not hotheaded; he is shy, is not obsessed with women, power or money and can think by himself.
In general a great manga.
