It has a lot of information related to massages and their techniques even though there is a lot of nudity. I definitely recommend if you like to learn some simple yet effective massage techniques and also look for some cute girls on top of it. The art style is not bad for 12 minute episodes and the five main characters are good at the sports they play and that is why they need massages and healing that is done by the guy. I advise you to watch it alone as the characters are all turned on with the massages as soon as possible. Some people maynot like it but I recommend for the techniques.
