The title is not wrong. This really is a story about a guy who got to date a body pillow. Unfortunately axed after 5 chapters (1 volume) for some bizzare reason, this manga shows us what would happen if a dakimakura turned into a real girl. The story is actually quite a nice SoL/Romance story with an ending for once. The art is serviceable for a SoL and I enjoyed it quite a bit for a few laughs. I wish we got to see more of it, despite the crazy premise. I don't have much more to say about this but MAL is forcing me to, butgive it a read since it only has 5 chapters
