Review of Plastic Neesan

its not that i expected much from this anime, but it still managed to disappoint me. here wmy thoughts. Story: 3/10 in the case of a comedy, the story was poor. it had whacky jokes but no joke stuck. as in, no joke had any impact, it tried to jump over the boundaries with the humour, but chickened out and somersaulted and tripped over the fence with its face planted all the way down into bedrock. half-assed and deliberate jokes. but not incredibly terrible. CharactersL; 1/10 this was the real problem with this anime. every one of the main characters was vague in their deisgn. literally no character hadd a diferentfeel.
no charcater stood out, and the personlaity of the main characters was never set in stone, so even if they broke character we wouldnt know because we dont know what their character is even like.
the side charcater were also badly utilized, except the basebal dude kuniki.

art & sound: 5/10
nothing redeeming about them, nothin bad. although the art style could have been changed to better express the characters whacky expressions but that didnt happen so it sucks.

overall: 3/10

just terrible. if you want an anime thats similar to this and shares the eact sense of humour, but is actually good, watch asobi asobase.
