SUMMARY A former special forces agent who is now serving a life long prison sentence gets offered a chance for freedom in exchange for a dangerous mission to a mysterious alien planet. Tentacles are of course involved. STORY The story is at least memorable, I last saw this anime over 6 years ago and remembered almost all the key plot points and the scenes, it is certainly more plot focused than other adult anime shows, even along the genre of Alien clones. The characters are all pretty decent and nobody feels out of place, the pacing between story and sex scenes also feels pretty good too. Thesex scenes also grow in intensity steadily throughout the run time which is something I appreciate and wish could be used more often.

However the ending is pretty anticlimactic and feels quite rushed with the monster suddenly becoming sentient for no reason and then easily killed anyway.

CHARACTERS
Tina is a good character but everyone else is pretty unmemorable.

VISUALS
Although dated the characters look pretty good, however the scenery and set pieces all look incredibly bland which is disappointing for a space based anime. In terms of the female characters they all kind of blur into one but serve their purpose nevertheless.

EROTICS
As mentioned earlier they grow in intensity from start to finish, I would say that although the gore is not too intense, on moral grounds I do not appreciate any show which combines sex and violence, so it certainly loses points there. Additionally some of the scenes feel a bit rushed, however each one fits in well as part of the story and if you are into tentacles it may tickle your fancy.

HIGHLIGHT MOMENT
Everything on the alien planet is memorable and well made.

CONCLUSION
Overall I have to say it is pretty good seeing as I can remember it so clearly after such a long time, that being said I probably would not watch it again as I feel that everything this anime does has been outclassed by other shows which does each element better.
