The plot is basically this: The lead character is an innocent character is gradually corrupted and killed. Humanity is revealed to be no better while evil anti-heroes and evil villains fight all around him. I like this movie, not because of the sex but for its cynicism. Just like all the Urotsukidouji movies, this is an mix of hentai and anime where story and coolness fueled make-belief coexistent with the erotic motivated make belief. The "Legend of the Demon Womb" is much like the new version "The Urotsuki", an more coherent story based on the first movie and it is possible the best movie in the entire series, depending onwhat you think of the way the show finally ends.
Artistically, the "legend of the demon womb" is mysteriously hallucinogen, it is colorful and dark. The sex scenes are basically oversexual nightmares from real world persons that someone wrote down and put into a movie
using magic to make them plausible.

It is not just perverse, its also artistic and got good sense of horror mystery.
