Review of Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day
Anohana was a very impactful series. Not only did it have a very well thought out premise, but the way that it acted with it's premise creates a great story. It uses dynamic relationships between it's characters to create a story. Due to the way characters are forced to interact, they all form different types of relationships, while every character bonds by the end of the series they still are disproportionate bonds with some being much stronger and long lasting than others. As for the actual feeling of Anohana story, it was extremely sad. During the entire series characters long to see a long lostfriend once again, but only in the last few minutes of the show do they finally get to. Once the finally must let go it is very impactful. After all of the build-up during the series, the tension is finally ended and no longer do the characters need to keep feeling the distaste of sadness. The story is the main reason to be watching Anohana, while the music is great and fits the mood of the show very well it is not perfect, the same goes for the animation, it isn't perfect but definitely isn't bad.
