Review of Black Lagoon
I find that the story of Black Lagoon is very attractive and quite original with this omnipresence of what is good or what is bad. The city of roanapur is always evolving durng the anime and we can discover more and more about it and about what the differents characters thnk about it and the way they see and interact with that environnement. The main character is more like what most of common poeple are and he is describing this world with eyes that I find pretty close to what i would imagine most of us would see and that is one of the mostinteresting fact about the story.
To talk about the characters, we don't have all the strereotypical characters that we can see in a lots of anime, I found them really interesting we can discover bright or dark side of them and most of all the mysterious side that nearly forces us to want tot know more. Moreover we can see the evolution of the main character that isn't used to this world and who is trying to adapt.
The character design is quite attractive too and know how to stay close to what is more common in japanese animation, but can also stay original, mostly in the way it shows the events and the ways they affects characters. It is not always written who's good and who's bad on the first appearance. The universe where these persons are evolving is really bautiful and little details give a sensation of realism, whether in the mood/ambience or simply in the action.
Black Lagoon OST are simply beautiful, the calm parts have a music that is perfectly, i can even listen to them in the streets or when i'm studying. The nervousness of actions musics can get you in stress nearly making you forget your surroundings, and the music when showing the city or dialogues is very relaxing and isn't too present.
I really enjoyed watching it and was disappointed when i had to go to sleep because I was getting so involved in this anime, I would recommend it to everyone who's searching for a seinein in a realistic setting even if you're not going to study your physics in front of Black Lagoon.
