Review of Neon Genesis Evangelion

To put is simply. The series is good and the plot and ideas that it puts forth are great and amazing but the ending is so non sensible, it's barely makes any sense and it gets way to filisophycal, instead of writing an actual ending with a clear goal in mind the series just kind of gives up it stops been a complete story and it starts to become a retrospect of life and or death, it completetly shatters your immersion into this post apocaliptic world. Instead of leaving you with something to think about at the end of it all like some theorys or filosophysdo it just leaves you bored and frustrated that a true finally was not givin to you but a facade that makes you think, was what I just watched good? And then you think back to all the other moments of the show where it was exelent and you say that it was good, but a lack of a real tangible ending is still there. And for that reason it can not be a higher score. If you call it artistic that's fine and I might as well be, but the problem that the end is still shrouded in "?" And riddles, does not make for a good ending, if it were perhaps an OVA of an original ending or an extension of the ending then it would have been better. But it's not it's just a mess.
