Review of Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion
The more I watch, the more I am disappointed by Code Geass. The story goes to some very unnecessary points. The characters are lush. The soundtrack doesn't convince, either. The story doesn't receive a satisfying ending — perhaps season two improves here but as a standalone show I don't recommend Code Geass, despite the enjoyable early episodes. For me, it never made the jump above enjoyable and only went downhill in the last five or so episodes. The more I watch, the more I am disappointed by Code Geass.
