It makes me sad seen one of my favorites anime with a low score. First of all, it's a relationship anime. So you won't be seeing much of analyses of the plays and tatics and stuff. Instead you'll see the mc and his relationship with his teammates, his battery's catcher, also with his family. The mc is kinda conceited and straight-forward, so that everyone around him hates him. Well, he is good at baseball, he wants to get better, so he takes care of his body, wants to to his teammates to work harder, and he doesn't like when people look down on him. Which is understandable, butnot everyone have the patience to deal with that.
Even his mom doesn't like him, i mean, their relationship is not good either. He is a teenager, so she be like: " what's with that attitude boy?" and "watche your tone"

Only his little brother adores him. Seiha is really cute and pure. And the mc learns a lot with him.

+ The kansai dialect is also really different and very interesting to listen to
