Review of World Trigger

I think this anime deserves a 7 even if the animation is lacking, many many unnecessary repetitions, overexplaining things, and some fillers that have no purpose at all (but again, aren't useless fillers common even in high rated animes). It deserves a 7 because the story line is good, the universe is deep and well planned, and the battles are the best part! Rank wars and the massive invasion fights are so amazing I couldn't stop watching. I know many people dislike the characters they say it's boring and weak but I think because they are weak, they have room for improvements and surprises inthe future. I don't think the weak MC is a downfall, it is quite refreshing to see an actually weak MC as a change, though I still expect him to gain somekind of a super side effect someday. I like that Tamakoma 2 Team is quite realistic, as in real life teams usually there is the kickass one, the potentially good but not yet there, and the leader who can't work. I understand lengthy battles and strategies might not be everybody's cup of tea but if you like awesome battles that send chills down your spine you will love World Trigger. And I love how laid back everybody is in this anime, not to mention super cute characters like Yotaro and Raijinmaru <3
